Biography
Born in 1952 in North Bay Ontario, moved to Ottawa in 1961 where she attended public school and high school.
1971 moved to Toronto to attend the Ontario College of Art.
Worked as a freelance transparency retoucher in Toronto until moving to Vancouver BC in 1994 with her husband, photographer Ron Watts.
1992 returned to painting after an inspiring trip to the South West US including Santa Fe New Mexico.
1998 attended Paint, Surface and Collage with Margaretha Bootsma,
Vancouver Academy of Art
2000 moved to Salt Spring Island
2007 attended a Large Scale Abstraction Workshop at Vancouver Island School of Arts, with John Luna.
She continues to persue her art on Salt Spring Island in an inspiring and supportive arts community.
